Exterior panels: 10mm Conpearl (polypropylene panel).
Extrusions: 45mm lid Tongue & Groove and 30mm double angle sections.
Braces: Large offset braces.
Corners: 45mm lid and large offset heavy duty corners.
Catches: Large valance spanning overlatches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Hinges: External strut hinges and piano hinge.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Case linings: 25mm polyurethane foam in walls and lid of case. 40mm and 60mm hard ETHA profiles in bottom of case.
