Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and aluminium laminate.
Extrusions: 45mm, tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Corners: 45mm lid and 3 leg knuckle corners.
Catches: Surface mount keylocking catches.
Handles: Solid leather handle.
Hinges: Strut hinges and piano hinge.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Case linings: 25mm  polyurethane foam in lid, 20mm ETHA  foam in laptop compartment walls and grey carpet lining in leads compartment.
Extra feature: This case has a liftout false bottom under laptop for disks and extra cable storage.
