Extrusions: Tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Corners: Large ball corners.
Catches: Large recessed catches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Castors: 100mm castors bolted to full 17mm plywood wheelkit.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Case linings: 25mm polyurethane foam in lid and base walls and top.
50mm polyurethane foam in bottom of case.
