EXTRUDED CASES™ make for a sleek design.
Constructed from set height aluminium extrusions, both lid and base sections have an integral tongue and groove profile to keep them closed firm and weather resistant.
In short, an Extruded Case is a set height lid with
a choice of 2 set height bases #.
Why an Extruded Case™?
Extruded Casesare a quality alternative for any small to medium sized slimline equipment.

How small or large can you make an Extruded Case™?
Extruded Casescan be custom made to any reasonable length or width (typically no larger than a case measuring 1.5m in length and 600mm in width).
The smallest case size is hardware restricted and starts at 250mm in either the narrowest length or width.

Extruded Cases™ are height restricted.
Due to the use of set height extrusions (case walls), this style of case is restricted to the following heights #:

45mm LID and 80mm BASE:
This gives you a raw (unlined) internal height # of 97mm.

45mm LID and 125mm BASE:
This gives you a raw (unlined) internal height # of 143mm.

# When case is lying flat in a conventional (suitcase style) lid and base configuration. When this case style is used for the manufacture of pedalboard and guitarstand cases for example, the shallow lid becomes the base and the 80mm or 125mm base becomes the lid.
