Pedalboard overview:
Our boards consist of a full area piece of 12mm MDF (or plywood) with 25mm wide x 12mm thick MDF strips running the full perimeter of the under board surface, acting as a built in leads cavity under the board (you need to drill access holes yourself).
The board is then covered in a smooth velcro compatible material that will enable a self adhesive hook velcro to be attached to a pedal and held in place on the board surface.
We also supply painted boards in either the single or dual level styles. Please note we only supply a painted surface on all of our dual level boards.

3 internal case heights available:
Model A and Model B cases are based on our Extruded Case™. The Custom Height cases are based on our 6 Panel Case™. They all typically have shallow bases (pedalboard part) and lift-off top lids.
Model A: 97mm raw internal height.
Model B: 143mm raw internal height.
Custom Height: Custom made interior height.

STEP 1: Decide on a suitable size:
Lay your pedals out and measure how big you want the board area to be. Width = the left to right dimensions of the board. Depth = the front to back dimensions of the board.

STEP 2: Choose your pedalboard style and Case Model:
You basically have a choice of 5 pedalboard styles and 3 Case Models here. We have broken up the usable internal height you will have with references to both the pedalboard styles and the Model A and Model B cases (Custom Height is totally up to you). All heights in the table below are based on 3mm thick grey carpet covering in the lid and base. Foam can be glued into the lid to take up any slack if necessary.
