Castors: 100mm braked castors bolted to full 17mm plywood wheelkit. 
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Case linings: 25mm polyurethane foam in lid of case. 25mm and 50mm ETHA foam lined base walls. 50mm polyurethane foam in bottom of case.
