Hinges: Large recessed hinge dish and piano hinge. Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres). Case linings: 10mm ETHA, 20mm and 25mm polyurethane foam in lid. 75mm thick EVA45 foam blocks in bottom of case (middle area used to store sheet music and small accessories). 10mm ETHA in between blocks in bottom of case and 25mm polyurethane foam lining in walls of case.
