Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: 30mm double angle corner and tongue & groove sections.
Corners: Large ball corners.
Catches: Large recessed catches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Castors: 100mm rubber swivel castors bolted to full 17mm plywood wheel base.
Fasteners: Pop rivet fasteners (150mm centres).
Case linings: 9mm plywood divider, 25mm, 30mm, 50mm and 130mm polyurethane foam and 17mm plywood supports.
