Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: Tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Corners: Large heavy duty offset ball corners.
Catches: Large recessed catches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Castors: 125mm swivel castors bolted to full 17mm plywood wheelkit.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Case linings: 9mm 38mm x17mm aluminium bracing in top lid. 50mm polyurethane and 10mm, 25mm and 38mm ETHA foam lining in top lid. 50mm polyurethane blocks layered on full 50mm foam piece in bottom of case. 25mm and 38mm ETHA foam lining in base walls of case.
