Case specifications:
Exterior panels: 1mm ABS laminate and 9mm plywood.
Extrusions: 45mm lid, tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Corners: Knuckle corners.
Catches: Large recessed valance spanning catches.
Hinges: Strut hinges and piano hinge.
Handles: Recessed handle with backing plates and telescopic handle.
Castors: 75mm recessed corner castors.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (200mm centres).
Case linings: Polyurethane foam in both lids and black gloss enamel in case body.
