Exterior panels: 10mm black polypropylene flight panel.
Extrusions: 45mm lid, tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Corners: Knuckle corners.
Catches: Large recessed valance spanning catches.
Hinges: Strut hinges and piano hinge.
Handles: Recessed handle with backing plates and telescopic handle.
Castors: 50mm recessed corner castors.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (200mm centres).
Case linings: Polyurethane and hard ETHA foam lining in both the cup and seperate plinth storage compartments. 25mm thick polyurethane foam in top lid.
