Case style: Extruded Case™.
Case specifications:
Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: 45mm base and 80mm lid sections.
Corners: 45mm base and 80mm lid knuckle corners.
Catches: Small recessed catches.
Handles: Solid leather handle.
Hinges: Lift off hinges.
Feet: ABS plastic feet.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Pedalboard: 12mm MDF top layer with 30mm wide strips under board surface to act as a leads cavity.
Pedalboard finish: Black satin enamel.
Pedals fastening: 25mm pan head bolts and tee nuts.
Case linings: Charcoal grey carpet in walls and top of lid. 25mm ETHA foam in base walls and charcoal grey carpet in base of case.
