Case style: 6 Panel Case™.
Case specifications:
Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: 130mm double angle, Tongue&Groove and 45mm base sections.
Corners: 45mm base and 3 leg knuckle corners.
Catches: Small recessed catches.
Handle: Surface mount sprung handles.
Hinges: Lift-off hinges.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Pedalboard: 12mm plywood board with dual level and leads cavity underneath. 
Pedalboard finish: Black satin enamel.
Pedals fastening: Cable ties and velcro.
Case linings: Charcoal grey carpet and hard ETHA foam in top lid. 25mm ETHA foam in base walls and charcoal grey carpet in base of case. 
Please note that the above example is of an in-house pedalboard using pedals supplied by the customer. 
We have designed the EXPORT SERIES for customers who do not wish to purchase a pedalboard in this way.
