Case style: Extruded Case™.
Case specifications:
Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: 45mm base and 125mm lid sections.
Braces: Medium braces.
Corners: 45mm base and 3 leg knuckle corners.
Catches: Small recessed catches.
Handles: Surface mount sprung handle.
Hinges: Lift off hinges.
Feet: ABS plastic feet.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Pedalboard: 12mm MDF top layer with 30mm wide strips under board surface to act as a leads cavity. This example has a dual level for the rear pedals. 
Pedalboard finish: Black satin enamel.
Pedals fastening: 5mm pan head bolts and poly nuts.
Case linings: Charcoal grey carpet in walls and 15mm polyurethane in lid. 25mm ETHA foam in base walls and charcoal grey carpet in base of case.
Please note that the above example is of an in-house pedalboard using pedals supplied by the customer.
We have designed the EXPORT SERIES for customers who do not wish to purchase a pedalboard in this way.
