| The first case that was ever built at
C&C Cases was a Pedalboard case. We consider this item one of the most
essential to a musicians performance onstage. They take up very little
room in your car or truck and are a breeze to use. The following images
show a few of the fundamental areas of this product. |
|
The above image
shows a single level velcro compatible board.
The thickness of the raw pedalboard before
it is covered is 24mm including a12mm thick leads cavity underneath the
board surface. The total thickness including the material covering is 30mm. |

|
The above image
shows a dual level pedalboard.
The main board size in this example measures
600mm wide x 340mm deep x 24mm thick including the 12mm thick leads cavity
underneath the board surface. The second level is 450mm wide x 170mm deep
x 40mm thick. These boards have pre-drilled cable access holes in both
the main board and the second level. The area underneath the second level
has a large routed opening.
Please note that dual level pedalboards
are only available in a black painted finish. |

The above image

This example was lined with velcro compatible
material in the bottom of the case and had no seperate pedalboard. Just
another way of doing things. |

Our pedalboards are designed to be used in the case during your gig. |
|
|
We often use cable
ties on our in-house pedalboards.
This eliminates the need to drill holes
through the pedal base plates in order to bolt the pedals in place. We
can supply industrial grade cable ties with our Export boards if required
by the customer. |

|
| The above example
shows how the leads cavity underneath the main board surface works. This
is a painted board. Our velcro boards with 12mm thick leads cavities also
work in the same way. |
|
|
| The above example
is our Model A case. The maximum allowable internal height is 97mm (less
the board and trimmings, etc). |
|
|
| The above example
is our Model B case. The maximum allowable internal height is 143mm (less
the board and trimmings, etc). |
|
|
| The above example
is our 6 Panel case model. The advantage is a low profile base with a fully
customized lid height. |
