Case specifications:
Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: 45mm lid, tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Braces: Large offset braces.
Corners: 45mm lid and 3 leg knuckle corners.
Catches: Small recessed catches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Hinges: Liftoff hinges.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Feet: 90mm x 45mm solid pine runners.
Case linings: 25mm polyurethane foam in top and front lids and black enamel finish in case body. Aluminium frame section for top unit mounting.
