Extrusions: Tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections. Braces: Large offset braces. Corners: Large offset heavy duty ball corners. Catches: Large recessed catches on front lid and small recessed catches on rear access panel. Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates. Rackstrip: Single angle in front of rack sleeve. Castors: 100mm castors bolted to full 17mm plywood wheelboard. Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres). Rackmount interior: 12mm hoop pine plywood rack walls glued to 25mm polyurethane faom and 25mm ETHA block supports above and below rack mount walls. 20mm ETHA foam covered aluminium angle support for each of the two 4RU rackmount computers. Interior below rack housing: Top drawer houses a monitor that lies in a foam lined compartment with velcro strap. Second drawer is for cables and keyboard storage. Front lid interior: 60mm ETHA foam in left and right walls of lid to stop rack wall and drawer movement during transit.
