Braces: Large offset braces.
Corners: 80mm large ball brace corners.
Catches: Large key lockable recessed catches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Rackstrip: Single angle on front and back.
Castors: 100mm castors bolted to 17mm plywood wheelkit.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Rack sleeve: 12mm hoop pine plywood finished in satin black enamel.
Interior: 50mm polyurethane foam in sleeve walls. 70mm hard ETHA foam strips and 25mm polyurethane foam in front and back lids.
