Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: Tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Braces: Large offset braces.
Corners: 80mm brace and 3 leg large ball corners .
Catches: Large recessed catches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres).
Castors: 100mm castors bolted to full wheelkit.
Interior: 25mm ETHA foam case base. 25mm polyurethane foam all round in case lid.

Rack frame specifications:
Panels: 12mm plywood walls, bottom and bracing shelf.
Rackstrip: Vertical and horizontal mounted single angle rackstrip.
