Exterior panels: 9mm plywood and black ABS laminate.
Extrusions: 45mm lid, tongue & groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Braces: Large offset braces.
Corners: 45mm lid knuckle corners.
Catches: Large recessed valance spanning catches.
Feet: Large steel domed feet.
Handles: Recessed handles with reinforced backing plates.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (200mm centres).
Interior: Black satin enamel to rack interior and 25mm polyurethane foam lining in front and back lids. Single angle rackstrip.
