Cases manufacture the following case styles: |
 |
EXTRUDED
CASES™ make for a sleek design.
Constructed
from set height aluminium extrusions, both lid and base sections have an
integral tongue and groove profile to keep them closed firm and weather
resistant. |
 |
| LITE
6 CASES™ are are based on our traditional plywood 6 Panel Case™
design but built using a tri-laminate 10mm thick polypropylene panel. To
minimise stress on the tongue and groove case openings we use a valance
spanning catch instead of a small recessed catch. |
 |
6
PANEL CASES™ are a custom height case body with a set height
lid.
This
style of case can be especially practical if two lids are required. When
fitted with recessed hardware they are a strong alternative to our more
traditional and heaviest duty 10 Panel Case™. |
 |
10
PANEL CASES™ provide you with the highest level of strength
and durability.
They
are built to carry heavy loads for extended periods of time through a variety
of hard travelling environments. These cases are typically fitted with
large recessed hardware and heavy duty castors. |
| Hardware,
an essential part of any good case diet. |
 |
| We
use large offset BRACES
to make sure that both our mitre cut Tongue&Groove profile and the
adjoining corner section is well fastened and stays tight. |
 |
| From
small surface mount CATCHES
to large recessed keylockable catches we have a range of catches to suit
the three case styles we build. |
 |
| What
more can we say. CORNERS
are an essential element to any case and their ability to withstand varying
levels of impact during transit. |
 |
| Large
cases are usually better manoeuvred with the addition of CASTORS.

 |
| No
argument here. Our cases wouldn't be as easy to carry without the aid of
HANDLES.
Five handle styles on display for you to view. |
 |
| If
you want to open your case without having the lid falling off then you
need HINGES
(unless you want removable hinges). Plenty of examples here. |
