Extrusions: SUPER GROOVE tongue&groove and 30mm double angle corner sections.
Corners: Large ball corners.
Catches: Large non locking and key locking recessed catches.
Handles: Recessed handles with backing plates.
Castors: 100mm braked castors bolted to 17mm plywood wheelkit.
Fasteners: Pop rivets (150mm centres), pan head screws and coach bolts.
Case linings: 10mm and 20mm polyurethane foam in lid. 9mm plywood supports and black enamel finish to 2nd compartment. 12mm and 9mm plywood drawer with ABS drawer front with 2 key locks in 2nd compartment. Black enamel interior finish to 3rd compartment with castor kit.
